Trendog Shipping Policy

Pre-orders

By placing a pre-order with TRENDOG, you agree to our Privacy Policy and these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.

You will see the estimated delivery date for your pre-order before completing payment. By completing payment, you agree to this estimated timeline. Please note that this is an estimation, and pre-orders may arrive either before or after the estimated date.

Pre-orders are subject to availability: If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping costs are calculated and included at checkout.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Jersey, Channel Islands: 3-5 working days

United Kingdom: 7 working days

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery times stated we are not responsible for delays caused, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
